Meduni Executive Director Travels to Armenia

Vaughn Martirosyan, Meduni Executive Director, traveled to Armenia and accomplished his 3 point strategy: 1) held meetings with Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan, High Commissioner of Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanian, and Ministers of Health and Social Affairs, about the 44 day war recovery programs and creation of Diaspora collaboration efforts to rebuild the nation, 2) toured the Ministry of Health warehouse, responsible for the collection of medical supplies supporting Armenian wounded soldiers and COVID-19 patients, to ensure all Meduni donated equipment were dispersed as mutually agreed upon and reached those in need, 3) and with the Meduni Armenia team, identified 15 displaced families eligible for Meduni humanitarian support made possible by our generous donors.
